I received more than my share of gift nuts this holiday season, including this snap of a California black walnut at peak in the Santa Monica Mountains sent by Peter Asco. Pardee Gym, John Wooden Center, UCLA

Join Nobel Prize winner Dr. Louis Ignarro and Tai Chi/Qi Gong Instructor Peter Asco for a very rare opportunity to learn why and how these ancient mind/body movement systems improve health and prevent disease.

Dr. Louis Ignarro also located the NO producing nerves in the corpus cavernosum that led to the discovery of what is commonly known as Viagara. Dr. Louis Ignarro will cover these topics and reveal why movement and exercise is his natural method of choice to enhance levels of Nitric Oxide for health and wellness.

Mr. Asco will disclose correlations of No and Qi that came to light while comparing notes with Dr. Louis Ignarro. He will expand with recent research studies, as well as experiential evidence, confirming the powerful preventive/regenerative effects of Tai Chi/Qi Gong practice.

The presentation will close with a demonstration of Tai Chi/Qi Gong principles engaging the audience in a basic practice session.
