This Total Health/Self Defense system is practiced by more people worldwide
than any other exercise. The official short form, with a series of 24
slow, flowing movements, puts in motion every joint, tendon, muscle and
organ, stimulating Chi or vital energy, while generating a deep state
of concentration, relaxation, and well being. By promoting neuron connections,
bone marrow growth, circulation, vitality, strength and coordination,
it will, in effect, turn back the biological clock.
All Tai-Chi classes include basic training in Chi-Kung.
